EkoChute Electro
The Ekochute Electro Hooftrimming crush is a user-friendly crush for the modern dairy farmer. The Ekochute Electro boasts a wide range of features and extras. This gives the user maximum automation and control. The Ekochute Electro has all the standard features of a manual Ekochute. This includes rear W Bar, automatic locking head gates, double-belly band and ergonomic front feet lifters. The W Bar and front feet paddles allow excellent foot presentation for ease of trimming as well as holding feet firm while trimming. The Ekochute Electro adds optional LED worklights and provides the user with a rotating tool holder, rubber floor and double waterproof socket as standard.

The Ekochute Electro is sold with a 12 months warranty. Net weight is 474kg and can be transported by pallet. This significantly reduced shipping costs. Safety is at the forefront of priority in the Ekochute range. The Ekochute Electro Hooftrimming crush is fully IP67 rated waterproof/dustproof. Our motor-gearbox combination protects the electric motor from load shock which prolongs motor life length. All electrics are high quality Eaton and Schneider. All cables are protected with armoured copex. All motors are 230V and mains cable is protected by an over head cable guide. This keeps the lead suspended when in use. The Ekochute Electro is perfect for trimming large numbers of cows, or for trimming cows regularly. The cow can be loaded into the crush with the help of the electric back bar. All feet are lifted electrically and the belly bands are also operated electrically.
