Our Services in Covid-19 Lockdown
We are still in operation during this lockdown because cows must still be treated for lameness. This means that you can still call us and book our trimming team to come to your farm and treat your animals. However, like everyone else, we also have a responsibility to stay safe and so we have changed how we do things.
Staying Safe in Farm Visits
There are a number of things we do to keep you and yours safe when we visit your farm.
- We will all be wearing gloves before we step out of our vehicles on your farm
- We are asking all clients to keep 2 metre physical distances from our operators at all times on the farm
- We are disinfecting the crushes and other equipment before and after use
- If we need your help to load or manage the animals, we try now to limit that to one person only
- We are only visiting one farm per day, as per NACFT and ICFTA guidelines

Hoof Trimming Courses and Workshops
Our existing range of hoof trimming courses and workshops have been postponed until further notice. However, we are now planning to offer them online so if you would be interested in virtual training courses with us, please register your interest here….
